This is not a technical drawing exercise but an experience of enlivening the imagination & accessing the creative capacity of body & mind.
The experience provides entry into the creative mind, enhances team connection & distills creative principles that can be applied in multiple domains.
Drawn from Within is a fun & meaningful exploration into how creativity works- a restorative and inspiring way for teams to connect & reunite, either remotely or from back at the office.

Host and founder of Drawn from Within
Born in Sydney, Ben has been living and working in New York for 12 years. Over the last five years, on his widely popular experience “Sketch and the City”, Ben has been guiding groups of enthused sketchers around the streets of Manhattan.
When Covid 19 hit NYC, like many other New Yorkers, Ben had to re-vision his ideas. What resulted was an online drawing experience that has now been uniting friends, colleagues, and families from all around the world.
